Admissions

Admissions Advisors help students begin the screening and hiring process before they enroll. After enrollment, Roadmaster's Placement Associates work with their students, helping them choose the right company and job for them.

Career Services

Roadmaster has a Career Services department that offers job placement assistance to their graduates. They review their graduates' applications and submit them to potential employers. These potential employers include major carriers like Werner, U.S. Xpress, Covenant Transport, Stevens Transport, and May Trucking Company.

Financial Aid

Roadmaster offers financial aid assistance for students who qualify. They also work with multiple trucking companies to offer tuition reimbursement programs. Some students may be eligible for scholarships, and Roadmaster will assist you in applying for these.

Roadmaster Drivers School is approved for veterans' training as well, so if you’re qualified, you'll be eligible for post-9/11 benefits to help cover the cost.

Programs

The CDL programs at Roadmaster take about a month to complete, and include classroom and driver training. In the classroom, you’ll learn about things like pre-trip inspection, vehicle controls and safety, hazard awareness, and transporting cargo. During the driving portion of your program, you’ll learn about visual pre-trip inspection, straight-line and trailer backing, drop and hook procedures, and driving in real-world conditions.

Fleet training programs are for Fortune 500 companies, small to midsize shippers and carriers, and large retailers. They can also help train drivers for specialized equipment fleets, private fleets, local municipalities, and utility companies.
